Before sending us any product to return, read carefully our return policies: verify that the product falls within the foreseen cases before sending it physically.
We cannot process products that are returned to us without first informing us about the terms of return.
If you want to return all or part of your order to us, you will first need to contact customer service at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org
- All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We only accept products in original condition.
The cost of the purchased goods will be full returned.
- Items without an identification tag and / or certificate of authenticity, that have been damaged or worn, washed and altered in any way will not be refunded. The returned goods must therefore be carefully packed in order to avoid any type of damage.
- Wrong consignments: due to errors in sending the products (the product sent is different from the one ordered), once the error is confirmed, we will be responsible for the replacement and for all shipping costs. If you prefer, you can also return the product and receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Quality problems: we will be responsible for replacements or refunds if there are quality problems within 14 days of delivery of the products. The customer may have to return the product to our offices, and after confirming that the products have not been damaged on purpose, we will replace the product or offer a full refund.
- Refund will be made on the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
The right of withdrawal is regulated by the D.LGsl. 206/2005, based on which this right can be exercised within fourteen days of receipt of the goods, by sending the seller a communication with one of the following options:
- registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt;
