1. Validity:
   Gift cards purchased on our website can be used exclusively in our online shop.
   Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. How to use:
   The use of gift cards is reserved for registered users only.
   The user who receives the gift card must register on the website and convert the credit associated with the gift card code into user credit within 12 months of purchase.
   After loading, there is no expiration date for the credit.
   The credit can be used in one or more purchases, and can be combined with most other payment methods available on the site.
3. Right of withdrawal and refund:
   Customers who purchase a gift card on our site can request a return according to the standard procedures provided in the "Returns and Replacements" section, provided that the code has not already been redeemed.
   Once the code associated with the gift card is redeemed and the credit is loaded into a customer account, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
   In case of withdrawal within the specified terms, the refund can be requested exclusively through the payment method used for the purchase of the gift card.
   After the withdrawal period has expired, there is no possibility of refunding the gift card.
4. Loss, damage, theft of the gift card:
   The customer who purchases a gift card is required to keep the code confidential, and with the purchase assumes full responsibility in case of theft, loss and consequent unauthorized use of the gift card.
